• I was not particularly happy with my blow dry, however, I do like that the manager called me to make an offer to make things right. I have been meaning to call back to say that on the second day, my hair looked a lot better. The first day it happened to be very frizzy… I went home and straight ironed it, and as I said, on the second day, it looked really good.
