• Valentina has been the only hairdresser to know colour for my very fickle hair. I'm sure all your other associates are also very good. I am pleased that the costs are explained to me in detail and that I get a detailed printout of my account. I am unsure why products are charged. Without the product there wouldn't be a sale and use of a colour expert. The salon charges enough for the service where colour is involved so charging for the product used should not be necessary. I also find it most annoying. Please look at this carefully. I also want to thank the receptionist for her most welcoming smile and attentiveness. Having a coffee/ water is most pleasant and inviting. Thank you. Elaine
