I love Unity Yoga Room! The instructors are always so positive and the energy is amazing at every class. Compared to other places I've practiced, it's refreshing to not feel judged in my practice and to instead just be where I am. Can't recommend Unity enough!
Great atmosphere and instructor!
I have never done yoga before and didn't know what to expect really. I loved the atmosphere and the instructor. She did a phenomenal job explaining each new position and also giving multiple variations to help. I never felt uncomfortable or like I didn't know what I was doing. I felt indescribably calm when I left, like nothing I have ever experienced. 😊
Hey! The instructor was great, the space is very nice, and the class seemed appropriately challenging. Would certainly go back.
