It was my first time there I felt comfortable it was clean and the instructor was very good
I love Unity. The instructors are very kind and make you feel comfortable. The space is very relaxing and the people who attend the classes are friendly. Unfortunately, I'm in the process of moving to Franklin so I doubt I'll be able to attend much anymore, but anytime I'm in Mt. Juliet I'll stop by! I would highly recommend to anyone considering it.
This was my first yoga class and even my first time doing yoga. The studio was Clean and an inviting calming atmosphere. The instruction was friendly and answered questions. It was simple and the ease of signing up took the stress of trying something the first not scare at all.
