Excellent instructors, peaceful and calm environment, good relaxing music, props provided, classes for every level
Teacher was great and the hour flew by. I was so relaxed that I almost fell asleep!
Well I have been going since October on an unlimited monthly pass and have found all the teachers are awesome, the space is clean, peaceful and calming. Also the fellow yogis are friendly.
