Love love love the instructors and how everyone makes you feel welcome regardless of the level you are or what physical condition you are in.
Unity Yoga Room was very welcoming to me. Considering that this is my first experience with yoga, and I didn’t really know what to expect, I felt quite comfortable. The instructors seem to be very knowledgeable.
Love the classes and instructors! Wish there was just a little more room, but that is easy to adjust to.
