Because I love Tanja and I think everyone should experience yoga. I thought the meditation was great. I think more classes on meditation incorporated with yoga would be great. So many people want to know more about it. Unity Yoga is the perfect place to do it. I bet the place would be packed.

Instructor is excellent and knowledgeable- gives options for every level of practice, and is very encouraging. I am challenged, but never pushed beyond where my body tells me I should be.
