Mia is great. She is encouraging and her cues are fantastic. I always leave her class encouraged and happy.

I love the atmosphere at Unity Room. The instructors are all amazing and friendly and the classes are wonderful. There is a class for every person -- beginner, intermediate, expert. Membership is affordable!
