Most importantly, my teacher was fabulous. I loved the Tuesday morning 9:30 Yoga Shred. She was knowledgable, welcoming, clear with all her cues and instruction and motivating. The check-in was also smooth and no attempt to sell me. I will be back as many Tuesdays as I am in town if my body can hold up:) Thanks!
