2/2 instructors were awesome! Super knowledgeable, had the right blend of namaste, support, and challenge.
It was a very peaceful studio to walk into. Everyone was very welcoming and supportive. I felt no judgment during the class only support. The staff seem extremely knowledgeable. The bathrooms are very lovely and welcoming. The free hair ties were helpful. And the lotion is nice and the mat sprays are nice as well.
