It was really easy to follow and it flowed together really well. As a beginner, I felt I was able to do it all and get the most out of it!
I like a relaxed atmosphere of this club. People are friendly and attentive there. Twist Yoga provides with many classes and I can chose time that's convinient for me. I met different teachers there and all of them have their own style of training and are interested in making clients enjoy the class. I see that teachers also take a pleasure from their work.
