For me, the teacher makes the yoga class and Cynthia is amazing. She meets you at your level, she's warm, kind, welcoming and inclusive.

The whole experience was beautiful ✨ I love that it could be outdoors, I love the flow of the class, not only because Cynthia is my friend and I appreciate her very much, her class in fact is the best yoga class I've been to. She facilitates the class with helpful information about the health benefits, she describes the poses in an understandable way and the best part she also integrates spirituality and humor 🙏✨🥰 so fun!
