I love how Ali makes clear concise instructions throughout her class. But taking her class virtually I would like to see more demonstration- which she does for certain new poses. Great Hatha class!
I miss the warm heat.
Ali is fantastic and I really appreciate the zoom option. I do not feel comfortable going into the studio so if zoom classes weren't offered I'd be canceling my membership.
Like the teachers; appreciate zoom or in person classes. Also, Like the yoga style options & want to support small business in my area..
