Tania led yoga class today. Super. A Wonderful calming approach but challenging and focused at the same time. I would highly recommend her class for an introductory yoga class at Twist with or without previous experience to the practice.

I've been a member over a year. I love all the teachers. I appreciate the range of offerings. I love the aesthetics of the space. It has been a blessing to my practice.
