Because I had a very good experience at my first class and people were friendly and the space was clean and very well organized!
I felt at peace, comfortable and loved the class!

Tania led yoga class today. Super. A Wonderful calming approach but challenging and focused at the same time. I would highly recommend her class for an introductory yoga class at Twist with or without previous experience to the practice.
