Because I came into the studio tensed and stressed and came out relaxed, stretched and more aware of my body. Somatics is very interesting stuff!

I probably scored it too high. I think the classes are excellent, but it depends on who the instructor is. Some instructors don’t give enough ongoing feedback to justify the high cost. With the right instructor, the classes are excellent.
