Owner main instructor is the best...always learning and has a sincere desire to help her students become healthier, shares info classes on youtube, caters to our age and ability and always encourages us to keep moving, and learning. Always professional manner. Sometimes difficult to make up missed classes. Facility gets high marks for cleanliness and admin staff helpful!
