The quality of a workout is at it's best. The friendliness of stuff and members is amazing!
Sara is an amazing fitness instructor. She mixes it up ever week and keeps it fun while getting a great workout ever time. This class has everything Iām looking for high intensity workout with strength training all in one. Sara rocks this class!!!!
I felt very welcomed the studio was warm and welcoming and I enjoyed being there for Kelly first class I go all the way back to 1991 working out with Kelly so it was fun to surprise her. I would prefer earlier start time for barre fight I am a 500am person and right now no classes in that time slot. You are very lucky to have both kelly and Jessica on your team they are both great instructors. Kimmy and lisa also were very welcoming to me and that always makes the new and existing clients feel like they matter
