Sara's class was excellent as expected. Also stayed for Sherry's chair yoga for the first time. Found it to be just what I needed. I have found my new fitness home.
I was overwhelmed with the friendliness of the owner and how she welcomed all of us. It is a fantastic venue for fitness classes and extremely clean. Looking forward to continuing my fitness journey at TSB.
Facility is clean, attractive and well equipped. Instructor is the best I've had in almost 12 years of Senior fitness classes.
