everything is great EXCEPT- the teachers do not accommodate for excessive humidity. The rooms (especially hot yoga) are often OVER 60+% humidity (supposed to be 40%) and the teachers say they can't control that but they need to leave the fans on, open the door or lower the temperature to balance this. Over 50% humidity is a bit dangerous because it's extremely slippery. If it is often going to be over 40% humidity- you need to advertise this on the schedule because I would choose a different class. I would love a response to this comment, please. I had a great experience at TruFusion for the first time. Everyone was so welcoming and the lady at the front desk was very helpful! I am definitely going to be attending sometime soon again. The workout was full body and was great, I didn't know I could sweat so much, haha. I'm definitely bringing my other friends here when I come back.
