Anna’s class was AMAZING!!! The facility is clean, there is an equal mix of men and women which has not been my experience previously in other fitness centers. And oh! The diffusers in the front help transport my monkey mind to peaceful, ‘me’ time. Kudos! The only suggestion I would make is to leave the hot classes hot until the class is over. Having cold air waft over me during the last 5-10 minutes of class is SO uncomfortable and unnecessary. I’m a sports medicine physician, trust me, people acclimate and become stronger for it.
