• Autumn was great! I found True Waxology online and was intrigued by sugaring. It's been over a year since getting any kind of waxing hair removal so plenty of time for roots to set but except for a few spots, it was a pretty easy pain to manage even without remembering pain killer (silly me!). My appointment started on time and despite the extra work of it being a first time in a long time, I was done in under 30 minutes. Autumn was quick and kept the conversation following to distract me. The products were also impressive, a lot of it was made by the owner at the location, which is pretty cool. I was so impressed that I didn't hesitate and booked my follow up appointment before leaving!

• True Spa is one of the best in Walnut Creek. Very clean and a well decorated setting. The staff is professional and welcoming. Both my daughter and I get regular facials by Marissa and she does a superb job for both of our skin types. She is very knowledgeable and helps you choose the right skin care regimen with the great products offered at True.
