• I'm 6 weeks pregnant and my muscles and back were killing me. An hour of floating helped so much in just one session. Can't wait to return.

• I was feeling really overwhelmed and stressed from work. I could feel my mood impacting my work and personal life. I saw an ad for True Rest so I decided to try it. Upon arrival I already felt at ease. The staff was amazing the atmosphere was calm. After a short time of getting comfortable in the pod I dozed off. I woke up feeling relaxed. After the prep room I was welcomed to the oxygen bar. It made my experience so much better. I signed up for a membership that day.

• The staff was so warm and welcoming. They explained the process and how the pods work. The shower is clean and relaxing and all supplies are provided for you. You can relax at the oxygen bar after your treatment to finish up.
