The suspended feeling with the peacefulness of silence (or music if you choose) allowed me to truly focus on my meditation while witnessing my back pain lessen by the minute. After the float pod you have the option to relax at the oxygen bar, and enjoy some herbal tea and writing about your experience. If you haven't booked your session yet you absolutely have to today!
