• My service was a 10, the woman who scrubbed me is a 10. Only reason for the 9 is the location itself. Exposed pipes on the ceiling, plastic flowers along the staircase - it's perfectly clean and has all the amenities I wanted (water, blow dryer, locker, even brushes and deodorant), but I would hesitate to recommend to someone who's used to fancy spas. Actually I WOULD recommend you, but I would tell them not to expect anything fancy.
