• Communication with the therapist can be better. They put my neck in an uncomfortable position and I have severe neck pain, then they yelled. Without asking the customer why they choose to move. Similarly, I have a shoulder injury and they just overextended my shoulder. Would be good to ask if any injuries. also it was claustrophobic to cover eyes and having a mask on
