• I was running late because of extensive train delays (took me almost two hours to get there) but they were very accommodating and gave me a slightly later appointment. I had had a horrible week at work (I'm a teacher) so I REALLY needed to just be able to relax for a while. My only recommendation is not to use St. Yves (saw a bottle of it on the stand as I was getting the final rinse) as the face wash during the body scrub as it is really bad for facial skin
