• Suzanne, the woman who did my scrub, was fantastic. She was kind and made me feel comfortable. It was one of the best scrubs I've gotten anywhere in the US. I do wish she used gentle soap on my face (she didn't use any) because I left my scrub looking like a raccoon. I loved the privacy of the space and the no nonsense approach to providing the service. I would have loved to have had a spot to make my own tea just to cool down a bit before getting dressed. The reception area next to the stairs would be perfect with a few stools and a small table for people with mobility issues. Initially I called to make an appointment but was told there were no appointments for the rest of the day. I looked online and there were two, so I was able to book. I'm not sure why there was a difference. The locker room I was in needs a scrub, including the air return on the ceiling. It's definitely not enough to make me not return, but it's something I noticed. In a place where cleanliness is really key to the business, it should be extended to all parts of the space. I am really appreciative of the birthday bags I was offered - very kind gesture that would be great if you offered to all guests on their special day. Hands down more comfortable, clean and welcoming that Juvenex. Thanks for a really lovely, calming experience.
