• I have been a long time customer. I noticed that the building was in somewhat of disrepair, especially going down the stairs and in the lower level. There were random towels, blocking reviews in the rooms and other odd things that didn’t seem very tidy. I also noticed there was no more complementary hot tea. I’m coming back. I love the service, but something has changed.
