• I would have said a 10 but i read sometimes a system reads a 10 as a 1 so best to always choose 9. You don't have the milk bath. some korean spas pour milk over you at the end. otherwise great as usual.

• Helen is the best. She understands what works for one client doesn't work for all! She caters to the individual needs of her clients, which is why she has longevity at the spa. The receptionist is professional and attentive to clients' scheduled times.
