• The procedure with Sara was great- really perfect. She was friendly, sweet, and considerate too. I think you're dressing room accommodations are lacking however you could have a better chair in there and products that are chemical free with no dangerous ingredients in them. I would never use your body lotion for instance. Sadly the sauna was not heated when I went in but that's minor.

• Jenny was excellent. When I came in I was having lower back spasms and difficulty walking. After Jenny's hot stone treatment, I was able to bicycle to work in midtown with no problems. I'll probably come back later this week
