I recommended Tribe Yoga to a friend today. It's a great place to unwind, get centered, break a sweat and learn. The teachers are helping me improve at my own pace. It's a great addition to downtown Oneonta!
Tribe yoga is a beautiful place that is filled with wonderful energy. Every time I partake in a class I leave feeling refreshed and more aware. Tribe is a special place that has impacted the Oneonta community for the better, I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
