• Very courteous service. I appreciated being called back and being given the relevant information. It was important for me not to feel that I was pressured into any program, but that I was given all information and opportunity to attend classes before making may decision to join and to add the Aqua RX class. Because I am waiting for surgery, and I am feeling more vulnerable with every passing day, it was, and is, important to me that all the staff has made me feel comfortable without any condescension on anybody's part.
