• I love this gym. The facility is clean, welcoming and has great equipment selections. I enjoy all the workout classes I have tried so far. There is a great variety and good distribution of classes throughout the day. The instructors are very motivating without being oppressive. I have used the spa services and every massage therapist has been excellent. My small child goes to the daycare frequently and is always happy and well taken care of.

• Why did I score TCW as a 10? Because it's well-run, the staff are excellent, the facilities are too - it's a lovely place to be! I even get some exercise along with the hot-tub and the massages...
