• Claire Frechette is such an outstanding Pilates instructor. She is bright, positive, knowledgeable, and fun! I love that she focuses on our progress. Her classes are challenging, but I leave feeling better right after and later. Thank you for bringing in talented professionals. I also attend a class with Miara, and she is exceptional. I feel so fortunate to come to Pilates here.
