Tol has something for everyone and all levels of fitness. Their insructors are very knowledgable in whatever fitness class they teach. There are modifications for all levels. Love that they are always very welcoming to newcomers and oldtimers.

The instructors are awesome and they teach you about what you are doing and what benefits you get from the moves. It's very clean, well organized, wonderful instructors, and runs like a well oiled machine every day. You could not find a better place. Leslie, the owner is a very knowledgeable caring person who works with you to improve the issues you came for.
