It's a great facility with amazing instructors who are very intuned to their customers if they know you have injuries they offer modifications so you're still able to get the workout.

Because of the atmosphere. The students & teachers are chatting and laughing in a casual manner. There's no tension. Everyone seems relaxed and enjoying each other.
