I don't feel out of place here - it's a comfortable environment no matter where you are on the fitness scale. Trainers are professional and friendly and provide knowledgeable answers to any questions. After five sessions I notice small changes in my body composition - most notably in my arms and waist. I actually look forward to my workout here.
