The Brandywine facility is awesome, and I love the fact that T&N is a women only studio. The people are nice and the environment is inclusive, friendly and supportive. I have been training since March 2022 and I love how I feel and the changes in my strength level and the confidence I feel. I was motivated to rework my left hip / leg after a difficult replacement journey but my whole body has benefited. Charley my trainer makes the sessions challenging and fun at the same time - she is amazing!
