I really enjoy working with my personal trainer Alexandra Carroll at T&N. She is excellent and very focused on getting the best results for her client! The T&N facility is very clean, the equipment is very good, and being in my neighborhood makes an ideal place for me.

My trainer, Alex was wonderful! She was professional, personable, and very precise in her instructions on the appropriate form for each exercise. She always started a session with dynamic warmups (which I really appreciated!) and did an excellent job of rotating the exercises.

I've been doing personal training at T&N for almost a year now. I've never stayed committed to an exercise routine as consistently as I have with strength training and a huge reason for that is my trainer, Cat! She is an awesome motivator, knows how to challenge her clients and brings a ton of encouragement to every session. I'd recommend T&N to anyone, at any stage of their fitness journey, who is interested in exploring strength training in a positive environment with amazing coaches!
