Gym is clean, modern, very pleasant space, and my trainer Anna is the bomb.com. Only suggestion is a chair or bench in the bathroom. Since there isn’t a locker room or changing room, it would be nice to have a place to put my things or sit while getting changed.

I really enjoy working with my personal trainer Alexandra Carroll at T&N. She is excellent and very focused on getting the best results for her client! The T&N facility is very clean, the equipment is very good, and being in my neighborhood makes an ideal place for me.

My trainer, Alex was wonderful! She was professional, personable, and very precise in her instructions on the appropriate form for each exercise. She always started a session with dynamic warmups (which I really appreciated!) and did an excellent job of rotating the exercises.
