It was my first time and so it was nice that there were yoga mats available. Everyone was friendly. The showers too were very clean.
Hot Pilates. It's as exhausting as going out to the club once a week with your girls (or twice if you can handle your alcohol), except there aren't any creeps. And instead of drinking til you sweat, you're sweating til you want to drink (a protein shake). Hot Pilates with Zach, though? It's like joining a cult - a cult with the mission to grow peaches if you know what I mean. Week in, week out, we are HERE, meditating on the hoes who ain't us, squatting to the beat of our own drum, mentally cussing out the gay man who won't wait a damn minute for us to sip water before yelling for us to get into plank pose, but later thanking him for the occasional christening with a drop of his own sweat when he walks by - the ultimate nod of approval. We are Zach's pilates hotties, and we will crush you.
