Everything! The studio was calm and clean, to include the impressive rest room area. The instructor as well as concierge were very friendly and inviting. Not to mention the awesome perk of FREE rental equipment AND classes for a whole week!
Tere the instructor was knowledgeable, nice and very helpful with getting us signed up. I enjoyed the Yoga and Meditation class. with her. She gave great instructions that were easy to follow.
The energy is great and I love the atmosphere when I come in for the classes I take.
Great classes that aren't overpacked and are a great pace. I would recommend the teachers spend a bit more time on form of movements but otherwise I love the experience.
Tere is an excellent teacher! She's very knowledgeable and is patient with everyone!
