My experience was over all great. My only complaint is that it was crowded. No personal space.

I love the atmosphere at Tower yoga. The teachers are amazing especially Sierra Martinez. I love how I feel after a yoga class! Such a calming effect. I also love the way yoga shapes my body, mind and spirit. Thank you Tower Yoga!!
