Tower Yoga and the people who own and in it have changed my life in better ways than I can explain. Always a warm welcome and a great workout in class. It’s the best way to start your day week or end your day or week. Sometimes I’ll take two classes on my days off. I appreciate the company I have met in class, the structure, the cleanliness and the goodies provided for women in the bathroom! They care so much about the wellbeing of the community and it helps me feel at home in a city I have grown up in and didn’t think could get any better! Tower yoga is an amazing place I will stay because of the beautiful community continuing to grow! I feel so much gratitude!!!!!!
Great selection of classes, great instructors, great space, inclusive vibe, fridge with the bevys up front, showers, enclosed restrooms (important but often not thought of for people like me who have bowel disease. The privacy is GREATLY appreciated)...literally everything!

Tower yoga is a community setting that welcomes all, no matter your level of expertise no matter your age or gender. The building has been remodeled and is nice aesthetically. Great environment to meet with friends or on your own to enjoy a yoga class.
