from the moment we walk thru the front door we are met with wonderful smiles & healthy energetic atmosphere. we were informed of the start-up process. Kellee's1/2 hr noon class was awesome . I want to try every class to find what works for me. I will tell my friends to check it out !! thank you for this amazingexperience... Yes, I will utilize the free classes to get me started on my path to healthy. thanks again
