I always have a wonderful time there. The staff, teachers, and community is what I need. It's been a live saver.

Tower Yoga is the best studio in the entire Central Valley. Kudos to Kellee and Jameson for a fantastic studio.
The class was relaxing and Kelly was great at leading and then offering help. I was relaxed and happy at the end of class.

I have always wanted to take a hot yoga class but never had the courage. I felt comfortable that it was a beginner class and I'm so glad I tried it out! I appreciated Kelly's positive and kind energy, and that the class was at a pace comfortable for a newbie to hot yoga. AND $6 community classes!
The staff is friendly, informative, and takes a genuine interest in your fitness goals and reasonable s for attendance. The facility is top notch, always clean and the showers are a fantastic bonus.
