I like the instructors @ Tower Yoga and how they teach their classes, they have variety of classes and serval different times to fit your schedule; everyone isfriendly, and I like how the studio has showers & personal hygiene products if needed.
From the moment i walked in, I was immediately greeted by Lauren. She was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. She gave me a tour of the studio and answered my questions. The class itself was wonderful as well! Jameson knocked the hot vinyasa class out of the park!
My teacher, Mary Jo, is skilled and personable. The owners of the studio are knowledgeable and welcoming. The studio is in my neighborhood, so attending brings me a sense of community. The students are all ages, skill levels, genders, body types, ethnicities and cultures. I appreciate being a part of this diversity. More than just a yoga studio.
