There is something for everybody and great frequency of classes. I really feel great after a class --both heated and unheated.
First, your alway greeted with a smile and after a while they know you by name. I love that ♥️
Then your instructors are always professional they never criticize anyone for trying they actually encourage everyone to do their best. I like how yoga is taught at your studio as a flow meaning the steps are broken down and at the end you put it together. It's never easy it's always a challenge but one that is rewarding after the class.
The Power yoga and buti yoga are definitely my favorite. One hells you get a stronger core while the other is simply fun. Best if the two worlds ♥️🧘♀️
Love my Tower Yoga. Love my Tower Yoga people. Love my Tower Yoga space. Love my Tower Yoga class. Also, it's in my neighborhood, and I Love that too.
