Tonya is such a great instructor, she really sets a great intention and I for the first time ever I was able to hit crow pose! I also love the afternoon class with Faron she's amazing and her practice!
Very beginner-friendly and welcoming place with great instructors and classes that feel like they're helping not just with my physical but also my mental well-being. Also much more affordable than studios in other cities. A wonderful place!
