Love the instructor, I feel very comfortable as a beginner but with lots of room to grow and push myself. Tere starts each class with a particular philosophy that we are to think about and grow in which I love. It's a very welcoming environment and I feel so good both physically and mentally by the end.
I can confidently say that one of the reasons I am experiencing a significant qualitative and quantitative positive shift in my life is due to my connection to Tower Yoga. It's a fact. A simple one. But a lovely one.
